One friend told another about ATIM and more and more people discovered our online haven. We provide varied group fitness options and other exciting community-building activities.

Our private group swelled to 2,700 members and has grown into what ATIM is today.

Our members can access live virtual classes with a variety of certified instructors in a range of fit-ness genres. The experience may not be the same, but it is real.

We have real instructors inspiring real students to strive for real results. And we have discovered something on our journey, the convenience of virtual classes, the inhibition of at home study, and the connections forged through online interactions have provided us with something that will last beyond the pandemic. It has made us stronger and better. And, it has solidified the need for the services provided by ATIM going forward

Sandi has worked in the fitness industry for a dozen years in various roles such as teaching, management and as a presenter and master trainer. She holds certifications in numerous specialty fitness programs, group fitness, nutrition coaching and health coaching.

Sandra enjoys using her legal background to support the company’s strategic and administrative development.

Marci Resnick


Marci has been working in the fitness industry for 18 years and LOVES what she does. She holds certifications in Group Fitness, Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching from the American Council of Exercise and SCW Fitness as well as multiple specialty certifications. Marci loves coaching and helping members achieve goals that they thought were not possible. She believes that exercise can be challenging AND fun at the same time!

Cheryl holds certifications as a personal fitness trainer, Pilates mat instructor, and nutrition coach. She finds excitement in bringing clients with movement limitations or chronic pain to a more efficient and pain-free lifestyle.

Cheryl has 30 years in the industry, doing everything from bodybuilding to management, but her most favorite thing is to use her numerous specialty certifications to teach group fitness.

Cindy loves leading the party and her infectious energy shows it! She then got her Zumba license in 2012 and has been motivating people to stay healthy through dance ever since!

Joseph is group instructor with with 10 years experience in the fitness and wellness industry. He teaches indoor cycling and HIIT workout format including Insanity and enjoys outdoor running and cycling during the warmer months

Karin Walsh


Karin has been teaching group fitness classes for 11 years and has a passion for making fitness functional and fun! Karin holds a 200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance certification along with certifications in Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Barre, Small Group Training and Group Fitness.

Kelly Martell


Kelly has been teaching barre for 8 years. Her class will inspire you to find your joy in movement, free your soul, your mind, and use your body to express your true self.

Kurt Gesteland


Kurt enjoys teaching fitness classes as well as teaching and mentoring instructors as an international presenter and national master trainer with Les Mills. He holds certifications through Power Pilates, ACE, NASM, Precision Nutrition and AFAA. Prior to his fitness career, Kurt enjoyed a first career as a professional dancer, actor and singer based in NYC.

Leslie Geib


Leslie started teaching group fitness in 2008. It was a natural progression from a career as a dancer. Her favorite format is kickboxing but she also teaches cycle, muscle conditioning, HIIT, step, and tabata.

Liza has been teaching fitness classes for 12 years. She is a Certified Primary Group Fitness Instructor by AFAA. She is licensed to teach Zumba® B1 & B2, Zumba® Toning, Strong Nation™, Zumba® Gold and is certified in Les Mills Grit.

Pam Frunzi


Pam has been teaching group fitness for over 11 years and loves what she does! You’ll find Pam @Apart Together in Motion teaching everything from Barre to Zumba to Strength Training and even Family Fitness classes outside and on zoom.

Ruth Gatling


Ruth discovered yoga through her love of meditation and mindfulness practice over 25 years ago. She started teaching in 2008 and her formal training includes more than 500 hours of study in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa styles.

Sheridon has been teaching barre for 8 years following a dance career.
